SERVICE

Specialty Repairs

We handle the repairs most won't touch.

About this service

Some repairs require more than standard solutions. We offer specialized services like corrosion control and cathodic protection systems – smart, long-term investments that strengthen your structure from within. For hard-to-reach areas, our SPRAT-certified rope access technicians provide a safe, efficient alternative to traditional access methods. Rope access means quicker mobilization, minimal disruption to building operations, and cost-effective results.

Capabilities & systems

  • Corrosion control & cathodic protection planning
  • SPRAT-certified rope access for difficult reach
  • FRP strengthening & specialty composite systems
  • Low-impact access strategies for occupied properties

When access is the bottleneck

Swing stages, mast climbers, and full perimeter scaffolding are not always practical for height, setback, or schedule reasons. Rope access — when paired with the right rigging plan and trained technicians — can reduce mobilization time, limit ground footprint, and keep crews positioned exactly where the work is, which matters on complex façades and tight urban sites.

Corrosion addressed at the source

Where chlorides or carbonation have compromised reinforcing steel, topical patches alone can fail quickly. We work with engineers and owners on corrosion mitigation strategies, including systems designed to slow or arrest ongoing activity, so subsequent concrete repairs have a chance to last in aggressive environments.

FRP and strengthening options

Fiber-reinforced polymer and related strengthening systems can be an efficient way to address capacity or durability issues when traditional section enlargement is not feasible. We respect manufacturer requirements for surface prep, environmental conditions, and inspection hold points — those details are what separate a compliant installation from a liability.
