Scope of Work
Working alongside Thornton Tomasetti, we executed exterior and below-grade improvements for this South Beach condominium.
We installed roughly 20,000 SF of Tremco Puma waterproofing on the exterior planters and completed a full garage rehabilitation—concrete repairs, grout injection, expansion joint work, and painting—as one coordinated scope.
