This 54-story Edgewater tower required façade investigation and post-tension cable remediation. We performed multiple façade probes and PT cable repairs to Falcon Engineering's specifications.

Wind exposure at height made rigging and safety planning central to every phase. We coordinated closely with building management to limit disruption to residents and delivered the work on an accelerated timeline.
