Scope of Work
Moisture migration from Terrace 2702 had driven underlayment bleed-through, staining ceilings in the units below. We stripped the failed assembly—tile and mortar to bare concrete—then prepared the slab for a new waterproofing layer.
We installed a Sika Roofpro assembly, rebuilt the topping slab, and reinstalled tile so the terrace drains and performs as designed.
