At this landmark Key West property, phasing and communication with hotel leadership kept guest impact predictable while work moved across the building.

We applied about 6,000 SF of traffic coating in designated areas, replaced approximately 40 windows on the east and south elevations with the interior general contractor, repaired concrete and stucco cracking, corrected exterior deficiencies, and completed a full façade repaint to manufacturer specifications.
