Pelican Walk

For this Juno Beach condominium we performed structural concrete restoration—major placements on columns, beams, and balcony slabs—then protected every balcony deck with the Sikalastic 710/715 traffic coating system.

We refurbished balcony tile and railings and applied a full exterior paint so the façade reads as one maintained, consistent envelope.
